Free Metabolic Snapshot

The Metra Metabolic Quiz.

A short, free quiz that returns a preliminary snapshot of where your metabolic health sits today and introduces the components of the METRA Score that the full platform builds on. It is the fastest way to see what Metra is doing.

What the Quiz Returns

The quiz takes about three minutes. It asks for a handful of metabolic and behavioral inputs and returns a preliminary snapshot of your current metabolic state, the primary risk factors visible in your responses, and the trajectory direction the inputs imply. The output is intended as an introduction to the kind of analysis the METRA Score performs at scale, not as a diagnostic instrument or a substitute for clinical evaluation.

Primary Metabolic Markers

Basic anthropometrics and any biometric readings you have available, anchored to the NCEP ATP III metabolic syndrome criteria and ADA diagnostic thresholds. Nothing technical is required.

Behavioral Inputs

Physical activity, dietary pattern, sleep, and a brief stress index. These are the inputs that drive the trajectory direction the score reports.

Trajectory Direction

The output combines the markers and behaviors into a directional read on where the underlying metabolic state is heading. The full platform deepens this with continuous monitoring and a thirty, sixty, and ninety day forecast band.

Next Step

If the snapshot is informative, the full Metra app is open for individual sign up at no cost for the standard tier. If you are an enterprise leader, the exposure report is the right next step for your own plan.

What the Quiz Is Not

The quiz is not a diagnostic instrument. It does not replace a conversation with a physician, a laboratory panel, or a clinical evaluation. It is an introduction to the analytic posture the platform takes, presented in a format that takes a few minutes to complete.

Take the Quiz.

The quiz is hosted inside the Metra app. No credit card. No commitment. The snapshot is yours to keep.
